EGM & Afternoon Tea
We are delighted to invite you to attend an Afternoon Tea at the Vision Support Centre, 23 East Parade, Harrogate, on Friday 5th June 2026 starting at 2pm. This will be followed immediately by a Special General Meeting for the purpose of making amendments to the Constitution.
The reason for this SGM is that following the AGM and SGM last year it came to light that the records of the Charity Commission did not fully reflect the form of the Constitution that we were working on and so it will be necessary to formally approve this current form of the Constitution and submit it for registration at the Commission.

If any member would like a copy of the Constitution sent to them or has any questions to raise before the meeting please let us know.
It is important for the proper running of the Society that this process is followed through properly and so we do hope you will be able to join us for the afternoon.
It is hoped the proceedings will finish by 3.30pm so that you arrange transport.
