• The Victorian Mansion: Step inside to experience the grandeur of the Butterfield family home. You can feel the intricate carvings of the furniture and listen to the echoes of the past in the grand halls. The museum is known for its welcoming staff who are happy to provide detailed descriptions of the sparkling mineral collections and period rooms.

• The Glasshouses: A highlight of the trip! We’ll wander through the restored Victorian glasshouses, where the air is warm and filled with the earthy, sweet scents of semi-tropical plants and succulents.

• Sensory Park Walk: The grounds feature a dedicated “Wellbeing Walk.” We’ll follow the sounds of the ornamental fountains, listen to the birds in the aviary, and feel the textures of the ancient trees and stone circles that dot the landscape.
